Holt Park Crime Report, Leeds, LS16

Holt Park

PACT Priorities
There has been one report anti-social behaviour in the Asda centre. The report stated that youths were throwing items at the shutters at the rear of the centre. Upon police arrival there were no youths present and all was in order.
The mall area has been patrolled on a daily basis and any youths that are hanging around are spoken with and reminded of how we expect them to behave in a public place.

Anything Else of Note
One resident has reported that someone has been knocking on their door and rattling the letterbox causing an annoyance. No identity has been made as of yet but we are monitoring the situation for the complainant.

We received a report of two suspicious males at the rear of the Eyrie public house on Saturday night. Before police arrived the two males had made off, however, on looking around the building it was found that one of the shutters has been ripped from the wall and a window had been smashed. At this moment in time we are awaiting the owner of the building to confirm if anyone has actually been inside the building or if it is just the damage that has been caused. An eagle eyed member of the public alerted us to this fact and the criminals were missed by a matter of seconds so please continue to report anything that you feel is suspicious.

A property on Holtdale Way has been closed down for a further three months this week due to anti-social behaviour emanating from the property. This has been a result of residents and partner agencies working together to make our community a more peaceful area to live in.

Upcoming Contact Opportunities
Come along and speak with your local officers every Saturday morning in the Asda store between 1000 and 1100.
