To lessen the chances of being a victim of crime the Police ask residents to lock all doors and windows and to also upgrade locks in UPVC doors to snap proof locks and also to fit sash jammers. These products make it more difficult for burglars to gain access to your home. You can find these products details on the SECURED BY DESIGN website.

There have also seven theft from motor vehicles in the area. The Police ask residents not leave any valuables in your cars. Always take items such as sat-navs, tools and CDs inside with you when you leave your car. Thieves will not target you if they cannot see anything to take.

Officers ask that all residents report any suspicious circumstances to us so we can investigate them promptly. Hi everyone,
Back in 1967 I was a bus conductor on the old 36 service and remember a big pub halfway down Tinshill hill but it doesn’t seem to appear on the maps now.]Is it still there and if not what was its name?
