Holt Park Crime Report from Your Local NPT

Burglary: 1 Reported
Burglary on Holt Park Gardens, access is gained by breaking a euro style lock.
Suspect’s entered the kitchen and removed property.

Vehicle Crime: 1 Reported
Persons peel back both drivers and passenger’s doors to gain access, remove property and escape unseen.

Anything Else of Note
Lead theft has been a major problem on the estate over the passed few weeks, persons are gaining access to the roof of the property and peeling back/removing the lead. The persons carrying this out must be athletic and able to climb whilst having the strength to remove the lead. Has any one seen any thing? This is a very visible type of crime and difficult to carry out with out been seen or heard? Please call 999 if you see a theft in progress or 08456 6060606 to report any information which maybe of benefit to our investigations.

ASB Section / PACT Priority Update
After an Excellent Christmas and New Year Anti Social Behaviour has started to raise its head on the estate and around Asda. This type of behaviour has a real negative effect on both individuals concerns and the Community. I would like to request the names of any individuals who you know to be engaging in this behaviour. Ralph Thorsby Library has had to ban three individuals this week and is possibly looking to ban three more. This information has been relayed to the housing officers and will be used when re-evaluating tenancies.

Good News Stories
Meetings are been held with some of the youths from the estate with a local MP. The aim is to create more things to occupy the younger end of the community on the estate.
