14 Home visits were conducted where a number of repair issues and welfare issues were uncovered.

5 target visits were conducted with a PCSO to a number of addresses of concern. During these visits a motorcycle suspected of causing a nuisance on the estate was uncovered. During a follow up visit it was confirmed that the bike has now been removed from the estate.

Mark Robinson said:

“I have chosen these two charities simply because I never for one minute take for granted how lucky I am that my children are fit and
well. I want to help those who are facing life’s greatest challenges”

Rowan Eastwood said:

“Having been involved with OPAL for 6 years I know the real difference we make helping older adults overcome social isolation, plus mental and physical challenges that can be part of growing older. The strength and determination older people show is inspiring me to complete my first marathon.”
